After completing my training at PBEV Mining and Engineering Training Institute, I feel incredibly prepared for my role as a dump truck operator at Newmont Gold Ghana’s Ahafo Mine Site where I work with a contractor called Fedos Engineering. The comprehensive training I received equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently. The emphasis on safety at PBEV has been invaluable in my daily work, allowing me to navigate the challenges of the mining environment with confidence. I am grateful for the quality training I received, which has played a significant role in my success in the industry.
